Delivering the coffee shop experience
The Neo delivers a true coffee shop experience, consistently providing a broad range of beverages – everything from fresh leaf tea to continental coffee blends directly from the bean.
You are able to fully personalise your drink, altering the amount of milk / sugar and varying the strength of tea or coffee using the in-touch selection system.
The jug facility provides freshly prepared coffee and tea for those all-important meetings.
Enhanced user experience
Neo’s I-Detect system will ensure that a cup is dispensed every time or your money back! I-Detect also allows you to place your own cup which will automatically be detected.
The consumer experience is further enhanced with a large open serving area and LED backlight option, which displays the drink when it is prepared.
There are two media screen options: 10” or 15” to provide an alternative to the wallpaper graphic. This enhances the consumer experience with video & image display.
A Quick Code facility is included in order to provide the user with a unique code for their optimum beverage which can be entered using the Quick Code function.
Advanced Energy saving mode
The Neo machine incorporates the most advanced energy saving mode available. In-built learning technology monitors usage and automatically alters the shutdown or economy time periods.
